Gary Jaffer – Founding Director

Gary has spent 38 years in business, much of that time in leadership roles. He has worked extensively in the marketing, advertising and media industry across Australia and New Zealand, with some of the world’s great ad agencies including OMD, FCB, DDB and McCann Erickson servicing recognized brands like Toyota, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, BankSA and San Remo. He has been a regular commentator on the media, advertising and marketing industries, writing a weekly opinion column for Adelaide’s Independent Weekly, video comment for InDaily and has been a co-host on www.lovedigital.com.au.

Gary brings his strong business focus and background to equilibrium9 along with a passion for speaking and facilitating groups coupled with a fascination of the sales process.

Peter Farago – Senior Associate Consultant

Peter is an experienced coach, mentor and facilitator focusing on leadership communications and performance development. He has consulted in Australia and the United Kingdom, across sectors including Health, Engineering Design, Energy, Resources, Banking and Finance, Distribution, Retail, Education, and in Local Government.

Working with Lane4 in the UK, Peter worked with leadership for clients including Visa Europe, National Grid, British Gas, JP Morgan Bank, and the National Health Service, In Australia, Peter has consulted to major companies including AECOM, Ernst and Young, Vanguard, and IBM, as well as numerous mining companies and utilities. He has consulted in Leadership Development, Crisis Management. and Career Transition services.

Peter originally trained to teach Drama, Art and Design, before working as an actor director and teacher of performance. He synthesized his deep practical understanding of ‘performance’, with communications, teaching and directorial skills and has delivered high impact coaching, training and facilitation solutions to business for over 20 years.

Vivienne Jaffer – Business Manager

Vivienne brings to equilibrium9 the vital background role of organization and management of business processes. She has spent 35 years working in business taking some time out to raise her family. She has run her own business, run other peoples businesses, worked as an Executive Assistant in government as well as an account manager in the advertising industry.
