I worked closely with Peter in 3 particular areas: team building, one-on-one coaching, and key messaging and delivery for presentations.

Peter facilitated a series of workshops for my leadership team within Strategic Planning and Advisory. The objective was to unite a previously disparate leadership team behind a set of agreed business objectives. We broke down some long held positions, reached agreement on high level business objectives, and established the modus-operandi for the team moving forward.

He also provided coaching support at a critical time in my career, providing a mechanism for reflection and to objectively assess my personal drivers, strengths, and weaknesses and to correlate these with the objectives, culture, and behaviours of the organisation. This informed interactions with my team and the broader organisation to best achieve our business objectives.

Peter also provided support in fine-tuning a key note speech I was giving to a leading industry forum, providing a critical sounding board for the key messages and style of the presentation.
